关于facebook的canvas游戏收款问题

在Facebook上挂了个canvas游戏，现在游戏有了点小收入，想尝试下提现，发现似乎还需要提供“additional verification”。包括以下三项： 1. Proof of Identity A government-issued photo ID of the business owner. 这个看起来就是身份证了吧？ 2. Proof of Address A utility bill that is no older than 6 months from a non P.O box, physical address. Or a bank account statement from a bank account registered with Facebook for the payout. 卡在这里了，这个没搞明白是什么，哪位朋友可以指点下？ 3. Bank Statement A bank statement or a letter that shows the name of the beneficiary bank account holder, from the bank registered with Facebook to receive payouts. This requirement only applies if you wish to receive payouts to a bank account. 这个也不明白是什么，不过最后一句说如果我希望是通过银行账户来收款才需要提供，而我是打算用paypal账号收款，那我应该不用提供了是吧？ 我是个人开发者，没公司，没工作。但似乎要有公司才能收款，所以随便乱写了个Individual (Sole Proprietor)类型的公司，不知道这个会不会有影响？

3，银行提供的账户持有人的证明（如果你的Facebook收款使用的是银行账户的话），假如不是银行账户，可以不提供。---一般情况下，银行会有账户持有人证明的模板，填写后让银行盖章。
