Position: Senior BD Manager( Beijing)
Responsibility:
Develop a sales strategy and best approach to seize the Chinese market top players.
Develop an active pipeline of relevant opportunities amongst the most successful mobile game publishers in the market.
Regularly schedule in-person meetings to present glispa suite of mobile products andservices. Focus will be on high level decision-makers.
Create a sales pitch and presentation that far exceeds that of the competition using a consultative selling approach.
Constantly look for solutions to grow revenue amongst your current client base and work with the multi-function teams to make it happen.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Good English communication skill.
3-5 years of Business Development or direct sales experience, 7 years' working experience.
Strong knowledge of China's mobile and internet industry, especially for mobile game publisher.
Advantage: Experience of selling technology-based ad product solutions to mobile. Preferably for user acquisition.
Advantage: Social media, social gaming or internet advertising experience.
Ability to think creatively about the needs of your targets and articulate them clearly.
Superior negotiation skills with the ability to maximize ROI for both parties.
Advantage: startup experience.
